Introduction: Like people of other ages, older adults participate in a variety of activities. Many of these activities involve hazards that may contribute to a fall. This program will help you prevent resident falls. Objectives: At the end of this course, you will be able to: - Recognize fall hazards;
- Remove fall hazards from the environment;
- Prevent falls by increasing the level of assistance when needed; and
- Teach fall prevention practices to caregivers and older adults.
